Bowfishing Mullet

It's been almost a month since I've gone Bowfishing and if you watched me shoot - it was obvious...

It's a beautiful day here in sunny southwest Florida so I decided to dust off the bow and head out to the backyard for some fishin'. The problem is I haven't shot the bow in a while which means my accuracy was way off. With schools of Mullet swimming directly at the top, I couldn't have had easier targets, but it still took 6 shots before I got one...

It was a weird bitter sweet moment. I was initially pumped that I got one, but immediately felt bad once I reeled it in. I guess I'm getting old and soft...
